Technical breakdowns

I tend to use specific CTAs over generic when optimising for conversion.

Here’s an example from an About Us page update. The original CTAs:

“Find out more”

Were bland and generic. I replaced them with consistent, action-oriented CTAs that guide the reader through the conversion journey.

The paragraph copy was tightened for a cleaner read.

The result is a smoother UX, with every word pulling its weight and MORE CLICKS as a result.
